This is not an exhaustive list but it should you remind you why you need to run. It reduces; 1- weight, 2- blood pressure, 3- % body fat, 4- arteriosclerosis, 5- arteriolosclerosis, 6- stress levels. While improving 1- blood lipid profile, 2- stroke volume, 3- VO2max. If you ever find someone questioning the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, point out the heart’s a muscle too :)
